Our Commitment to you

My Health Revolution is a nutrition led programme designed to provide structure, support and education to help as many people as possible to reach their fat loss goals in line with the lifestyle they are seeking.

We will respect your personal decisions and allow you to make your own decisions about what type of membership you wish to choose.

We will make every effort to ensure that our level of service is of the highest possible quality, and that our resources are available in a timely manner.

We will make conscious efforts to always ensure our Directors and employees are suitably qualified and to the highest standard.

If you tell us that you have a disability which puts you at a disadvantage in completing any of our membership options we will consider any adjustments that we can make to help make the programme better.

All client check ins will be responded to within 24 hours, with the exception of National Bank Holidays. Details of changes to standard service will be communicated in advance.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By ticking the box to complete your registration with My Health Revolution you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms you may not access the programme, website or any subscription with us.

This document (the ‘Agreement’) is a legally binding agreement between you and My Health Revolution, a company registered in England and Wales under number 11489649 that governs your use of the services associated with My Health Revolution.

The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘ours’ when used in these terms mean My Health Revolution. The terms ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ when used in these terms mean any client and user of the programme.

Contract Information & Right of Use

You acknowledge and agree that My Health Revolution is a personalised nutrition programme designed to help educate and guide you towards your own weight/fat loss goals. If you choose to access the services of My Health Revolution you are solely responsible for following the advice and guidance provided.

You acknowledge there are various member programmes available, and that individuals select the most suited option on the website. Payment of the appropriate fees determine the level of programme and services you will access. Once the registration documents are completed and received all personalised targets and information will be issued. These are for use only by the individual that registered and paid directly for the service.

You also acknowledge and agree that My Health Revolution is not a medical organisation and is not intended to diagnose, treat or address any medical problem. However, the Certified Nutritionists are qualified to advise, support and guide you through fat loss and weight loss alongside medical conditions as declared. You are urged to seek the advice from a doctor before beginning any weight loss programme. Weight loss is individual and your personal rate of loss will vary between any member stories shared.
The My Health Revolution programme is not designed for use by minors, under 18.

Membership Offers

Payment and subscription of the Kickstart membership is a minimum contract of 2 months, with recurring monthly payments of £29.99 from the date of registration unless otherwise stated if part of a promotion. A period of 48 hours notice is required to cancel this membership.

Blue Light Card holders are able to claim a 10% discount. Holders need to contact the Administration team to provide proof of association before being issued the appropriate code.

Share The Love Campaign

Existing members are able to refer new clients and receive £10 off for every member referred. A discount of £10 will be applied to the next recurring monthly subscription once the referee’s 2nd monthly payment has been received and processed.

Only 1 discount code or offer is applicable per member at any time.


My Health Revolution uses a secure payment system via Stripe, all payments must be made directly via the website ( Access to services will only be granted once payment is received and verified.


My Health Revolution holds the right to accept or refuse refunds on a situational basis. Refunds will only be given in serious or extreme circumstances, and, where appropriate, upon proof of medical certification.

Membership is continuous and cannot be put on hold for short durations such as holidays. There is no contract or tie in period and all costs are as stated on the website. Additional services are available to be purchased as advertised. Membership programme levels can be upgraded or downgraded following consultation with your coach.

Cancellation Policy

Your membership is automatically renewed on a monthly basis at the rate of programme level selected. In the event that you do not use your account, cancellation will not automatically take place. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be a member.  Please email [email protected] to request this noting a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to a payment processing is required. We recommend you take note of the cancellation terms of your membership level. Refunds cannot be made if you cancel after the renewal date has passed, and a payment subsequently processes.

My Health Revolution reserves the right to cancel membership at any time should this be felt necessary.

Complaints Procedure

My Health Revolution takes complaints and feedback very seriously and will ensure all concerns are dealt with fully and appropriately. Complaints should be made in writing to a Company Director, Peter Cheeseman or Pamela Noel.


My Health Revolution will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations (2016/679 EU). By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you consent to data being held and processed and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

To access the members area of the website, you will be required to submit personal information and establish usernames and passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, and are fully responsible and liable for all activities that occur under your password and username. Should your password be compromised by breaches of security, it is your responsibility to immediately notify us of the need to change or deactivate the password. Until we are so notified you will remain liable for any unauthorised use of your account.

Any data submitted via the website is confidential and will not be shared, unless specific permission is sought. Any data submitted in a public forum is done so on the understanding the submission is non confidential for all purposes.

Photographs & Videos

My Health Revolution may request to use some images or videos of members for promotion and marketing purposes. The member has a right to deny these requests and we will respect their decision. Images will not be used on any public forum unless permission is given by the owner of the picture.


Members must maintain a reasonable standard of conduct at all times. Acceptable conduct whilst a member includes, but is not limited to the following:

Members must maintain an acceptable level of conduct within the Facebook and Discord community. All members must not use aggressive, offensive or abusive language towards any other member or coach. Any aggressive, offensive or abusive behaviour should be reported to one of the coaches. The coaches will monitor and ensure measures are taken to prevent future occurrences of such behaviour. Persistent aggressive, abusive or offensive behaviour or language may result in the member being removed from the programme without a refund.

You agree you will not use any My Health Revolution platforms to:

    • Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content or materials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, at our sole and absolute discretion.
    • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any member of My Health Revolution, a director, employee or representative of My Health Revolution, or any other person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with My Health Revolution.

Whilst a member of My Health Revolution the member must maintain a good level of conduct within the conversation between the member and their coach. Any use of aggressive, offensive or abusive language will result in a warning for the member. Persistent aggressive, abusive or offensive behaviour or language may result in the member being removed from the programme without a refund.
You accept you are solely responsible for all information, data and content that you provide and share within the My Health Revolution community. Through use of the online community, you agree to be bound by the rules of conduct.

Release of Liability

Any recommendations for changes in diet including the use of supplements are entirely your responsibility and you should consult a doctor prior to undergoing any dietary or food supplement changes. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury, illness or death.

Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any activities or exercises provided by My Health Revolution. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities that you are physically and mentally capable of performing the activity and that you do so at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of the services offered by My Health Revolution and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.

Should you experience any form of pain, discomfort or injury during your membership with My Health Revolution you agree to inform one of the coaches. My Health Revolution will then ensure that appropriate action is taken. Should any health concerns arise during your membership, My Health Revolution may require input from your doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional. You must assist in obtaining any necessary information requested. You also understand that My Health Revolution cannot diagnose and/or prescribe treatment for any form of injury, disease, or other medical issue, in such cases you should always consult a doctor.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent applicable permitted by applicable laws, My Health Revolution, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or any third parties exclude liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to any loss of data, service interruption, computer failure or pecuniary loss, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted management or office time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, (even if foreseesable) arising out of the use of or inability to use the My Health Revolution service, even if you have advised My Health Revolution about the possibility of such loss, and including any damages resulting therefrom. Commentary and other materials posted within My Health Revolution forums by other users are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents. If any part of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the the aggregate liability of My Health Revolution (including any of its affiliates and service providers) under such circumstance for liability is that otherwise would have been limited, shall not exceed the maximum single purchase price of My Health Revolution. Any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of My Health Revolution must be brought within one year of the date of the event giving rise to such action occurred.


My Health Revolution cannot guarantee results for every member. We use a proven and tested formula to calculate personal nutrition targets and are confident our members will benefit. However, there is a level of effort, consistency and adherence that is required from the member.

Changes to the Agreement

My Health Revolution reserves the right to amend this agreement. The above Terms and Conditions have been updated in January 2023 and immediately replace the previous version.
