I joined the programme in January 2019, I’d tried other diets and always ended up back where I started, and then some! I didn’t know what to expect, and I had never really tried calorie counting before, but with the help of my coach I have been able to lose nearly 5 stone of fat and sustain it.
Whilst I am counting calories, I am not missing out on things which I enjoy and I no longer see certain food as a treat which I have to punish myself for. I’ve achieved my losses mostly through walking more and being more mindful of what I eat.
I recommend this programme to everyone. It’s hard work but it’s worth it when you can still live your best life.

I joined My Health Revolution after my cousin had done really well. I was fed up with my weight yo-yoing as I ‘failed’ at yet another diet and ended up heavier than I started. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and flexible the programme is and was reassured by the science behind the programme.
Pete and all the coaches really put a lot of time and effort into educating members through webinars and Social Media. The support is individual and outstanding and I love the fact that my coach has really encouraged me to set goals beyond that initial fat loss.
