I joined the programme in January 2019, I’d tried other diets and always ended up back where I started, and then some! I didn’t know what to expect, and I had never really tried calorie counting before, but with the help of my coach I have been able to lose nearly 5 stone of fat and sustain it.
Whilst I am counting calories, I am not missing out on things which I enjoy and I no longer see certain food as a treat which I have to punish myself for. I’ve achieved my losses mostly through walking more and being more mindful of what I eat.
I recommend this programme to everyone. It’s hard work but it’s worth it when you can still live your best life.
